If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its original undamaged condition. Newcastle Dive return , address is on your purchased item receipts when completing an online purchase.

Change of a scuba diving course commencement date may be requested without additional charge within 5 days of agreed course commencement date.  Course fees (less cost of training materials/e-learning passes) will be refunded only in instances where a failed medical certificate is presented prior to course commencement date.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and are non-refundable.
