It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its original undamaged condition. Newcastle Dive return , address is on your purchased item receipts when completing an online purchase.

Change of a scuba diving course commencement date may be requested without additional charge within 5 days of agreed course commencement date.  Course fees (less cost of training materials/e-learning passes) will be refunded only in instances where a failed medical certificate is presented prior to course commencement date.
